At Pure Language Services, we provide oral language interpreting and written translation services in a wide range of languages. Our core services also include scheduling and project management for our customers, as we know that language is only one piece of the puzzle.

Skills Assessment
We carefully evaluate the skills, experience, and training of applicants to ensure they possess the superior language proficiency, appropriate area of expertise, and highest ethical practices necessary to serve our clients well and best represent our company.
Language Proficiency
Our interpreters’ second-language proficiency is tested and double-rated at a minimum level of ‘Advanced-Mid’ by ALTA Language Testing, using the standards set by the American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages (ACTFL).
Examination
Translators and interpreters must also pass our in-agency exams on terminology, language skills, standards, ethics. Observation sessions with our experienced interpreters and hospital orientation classes are also required for those working in health care settings.

Our health care interpreters uphold the NCIHC National Standards of Practice and the National Code of Ethics for Interpreters in Health Care, and our translators and interpreters specializing in law abide by the NAJIT Code of Ethics and Professional Responsibilities.

What makes us different and successful is that our owner and managers are experienced professionals in the services we provide. Our management team possesses the imperative skills necessary to evaluate and manage personally and prudently the services we supply and the interpreters and translators we employ.
Our founder, Danielle Kopasz, is a Certified Healthcare Interpreter™ professional, an active member of the International Medical Interpreters Association and American Translators Association (ATA), and a former board member of the South Eastern Medical Interpreters Association (SEMIA).
Our Owner and CEO, Madalena Sánchez Zampaulo, is a former health care interpreter, is ATA-certified, and specializes in medical and life sciences translations. She is an active member of ATA and currently serves as ATA President.
