Initial requirements:
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
Strong attention to detail with a focus on customer service
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of client and patient information
Availability on
weekdays (7:30 am to 5:30 pm preferred)
We are looking for a remote dispatcher who can manage working in a fast-paced environment with multiple appointments, locations, and client accounts while being able to prioritize tasks and assignments under pressure. The right person for this job will be able to act quickly and confidently once trained. While this job is remote, applicants in Lexington, KY are strongly preferred.
