Initial requirements:
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
Strong attention to detail with a focus on customer service
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of client and patient information
Availability on
weekdays (business hours preferred)
We are looking for a remote online scheduler/assigner who can manage multiple appointments, locations, and client accounts while being able to prioritize tasks and assignments under pressure.
